1 - The work of Philippe Lecomte are subject to these terms.
Entrusting to Philippe Lecomte or a work, documents, objects or films implies knowledge and unreserved acceptance of these terms. Any contrary condition imposed by the buyer I will therefore unenforceable in the absence of express acceptance on my part.

2 - The prices include tax rates are in Euros. All prices are subject to revision based on changes in legal regulations on the date of delivery.
